Wisdom eDRM Product Suite maintenance gives you access to all major and minor version upgrades as well as possible urgent hotfixes and maintenance releases. With minor releases scheduled annually and major releases bi-annually it is important that you keep up to date with developments.
For both services a full helpdesk service is provided to respond quickly and effectivley to your incidents using ITIL based processes and web based incident management tools.
