Guy Hodges - Managing Director
In 1994, Guy formed part of the management buy out team of MFT Computer Systems. At that time MFT were one of the leading providers of information management solutions to the public sector. Acting in various Director roles, Guy moved on to become Managing Director of MFT, and then sold the business to Diagonal in 2001.
Since this acquisition, Guy has overseen the growth of Wisdom Solutions and is proud to have been part of the same company and culture for the last 15 years.
Simon Forster - Sales and Marketing Director
Simon has worked in software sales and marketing for over 20 years, many of those spent providing information management solutions to the public sector. Having held sales and management positions with Wang UK, Fujitsu ICL, Brooktrout Technology, Envox BV and now Wisdom Solutions.
Dan Babington - Delivery Manager
Dan is a Delivery Manager and Programme Manager specialising in the delivery of Microsoft Enterprise level solutions. Over the 12 years that Dan has been working in the IT industry, through continued project success, he has progressed from Developer, through Team Lead and Architect roles to his current position.
Dan is able to leverage his deep understanding of technology to ensure a successful project delivery. Dan’s background also allows him to communicate at all levels within the team and at customer level in a clear and concise manner. Familiar with a number of Project Management and Software Development methodologies, Dan thrives on a challenge and has built a reputation for creating and leading teams capable of delivering the most challenging of projects.
